The brand creates jewelry designed to feel current while still standing the test of time, with the goal of making pieces that can be cherished for years to come.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, in-person Marketing Coordinator position based in New York City. The role is based in the company’s studio and requires working on-site five days a week. It is well suited to someone who is highly organized, digitally fluent, and enthusiastic about design, jewelry, and brand storytelling. The selected candidate will contribute across a wide range of marketing activities in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.

What You Will Do

  • Help manage community conversations and customer interactions across digital channels.
  • Create and send email marketing campaigns and brand newsletters.
  • Draft and refine marketing content for email, social platforms, website changes, and other brand communications.
  • Curate, organize, and edit visuals for email campaigns and related marketing materials.
  • Keep the marketing calendar up to date and monitor project deadlines and timelines.
  • Maintain subscriber databases, audience segmentation, and CRM records.
  • Support planning and publishing of social media content across channels.
  • Track social performance and assist with reporting, analysis, and insights.
  • Contribute to content creation, including photography, video capture, behind-the-scenes footage, and editing.
  • Coordinate marketing mailings, gifting programs, and influencer communication.
  • Manage invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, and logistics for events.
  • Assist with campaign launches, partnerships, and brand activation projects.
  • Provide broader administrative and operational support as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in marketing, fashion, luxury, design, or another creative field.
  • A solid grasp of social platforms and current digital marketing trends.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills.
  • A highly organized approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to juggle several projects at once while staying on schedule.
  • A resourceful mindset, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Klaviyo.
  • A strong visual eye and genuine interest in design, jewelry, fashion, art, and culture.

Personal Attributes

  • Reliable, committed, and comfortable working hard.
  • Confident using digital tools and aware of cultural trends.
  • Self-directed and focused on finding practical solutions.
  • At ease in a collaborative, hands-on team environment.
  • Interested in both the creative and operational sides of marketing.
  • Motivated, curious, and eager to develop within a small team.
