Job description
Role Overview
This contract Marketing Coordinator role is based in Beaverton, Oregon and follows a hybrid schedule of four days onsite and one day remote. The assignment runs for 12 months. You will support a busy global brand management group by helping coordinate marketing work across teams and keeping campaigns moving smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Help execute product and brand marketing programs from coordination through delivery.
- Organize marketing materials, schedules, milestones, and final outputs.
- Work closely with Brand, Product, Merchandising, Creative, and Studio partners.
- Support launch planning, go-to-market activities, and product-focused storytelling.
- Build presentations and prepare marketing communication materials.
- Assist with vendor follow-up, product sample handling, and campaign rollout tasks.
- Maintain clear communication among stakeholders and help align project work across teams.
Experience and Background Needed
The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand marketing, product marketing, or project coordination. You should be highly organized, comfortable communicating with different teams, and able to juggle several priorities at once. Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and Keynote is important. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders is also required.
Preferred Industry Exposure
Background in footwear, apparel, sporting goods, retail, or consumer products is especially useful. Exposure to product marketing or brand management, along with an understanding of merchandising and go-to-market workflows, will be an added advantage.
Additional Information
This is a 12-month contract position. The work arrangement is hybrid, with four days required onsite in Beaverton, OR and one day remote.
