Job description

About the brand

DAYDAY is a new women’s apparel label focused on everyday movement and lifestyle wear. The collection is designed for women who play golf, tennis, and pickleball, and who want pieces that look polished both on and off the court. The concept is built around versatility: one outfit that can move from a morning walk to golf and then brunch without needing a change. The brand is early in its journey, with its first collection about to launch, a community to build, and a distinctive look and feel still taking shape.

This is an early-stage opportunity with genuine responsibility and room to grow alongside the business.

Role overview

The company is looking for a creative, social-media-savvy marketer who can help shape the brand’s online presence and develop into a core part of the creative team. The role involves creating and publishing content, managing Instagram day to day, and coordinating the photographers and videographers involved in shoots. Prior experience is less important than good taste, energy, and a strong willingness to learn.

What you will do

  • Create social content, including photos and short-form videos, that matches DAYDAY’s calm and refined visual style.
  • Run the brand’s Instagram account on a daily basis, including posting, scheduling, writing captions, handling stories, and interacting with the audience through comments and direct messages.
  • Organise and support photoshoots by working with photographers and videographers on timing, shot lists, and styling direction.
  • Edit images to a polished, consistent standard; basic video editing is an added advantage.
  • Maintain a content calendar that supports launches and events.
  • Track emerging trends and contribute fresh ideas for how the brand should appear online.

What the brand is looking for

  • A strong sense of visual taste and the ability to notice when content feels off-brand.
  • Confidence in creating content and being on camera.
  • Practical knowledge of photo-editing tools such as Lightroom or Photoshop, or similar mobile apps.
  • Good organisation and reliability, with the ability to keep a shoot running on time.
  • A willingness to learn, take feedback well, and grow with the company.
  • Extra value if you can both shoot and edit photo and video content.

Terms and details

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of becoming full-time if there is a good fit and the business continues to grow. The job is based on-site in Singapore and may include shoot days at venues such as golf and country clubs. Compensation is SGD 3,000 to SGD 5,000 per month, with the final amount depending on skills, especially photo and video editing ability.

Application note

Applicants are asked to share a portfolio or an Instagram/content account they have worked on, along with a brief explanation of why they are interested in DAYDAY.

Leave it if you'd like a reply — we won't use it for anything else.
