Role Overview

Santoni is seeking a Marketing & Communication Manager to shape and deliver the brand’s marketing and communication plan for the US market. The position is focused on strengthening brand recognition locally and building Santoni’s image as a luxury lifestyle and accessories brand for both men and women. The role calls for strong relationship-building ability, a well-developed network, and the confidence to lead integrated initiatives across events, retail activations, and personal branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

The manager will turn the brand’s story into market-relevant messaging for the US audience, and develop marketing and communication plans that stay aligned with global brand direction while fitting local needs. A particular emphasis will be placed on growing the women’s segment and supporting business development through partnerships and networking. The role also involves building a “Friends of The House” network that may include opinion leaders, talents, celebrities, and KOLs, all in line with brand standards, to improve awareness and perception in the market. In addition, the manager will create opportunities for visibility, support strategic collaborations, and identify high-value moments in the fashion, luxury, and lifestyle calendar where Santoni can participate meaningfully.

Media and press relations are a major part of the job, including maintaining strong relationships with leading editors, media professionals, and KOLs. The role requires pitching stories, handling outreach, and securing interviews, brand placements, and editorial coverage across print, digital, and business media. The position also includes planning events and experiences in major cities to generate press attention, increase store traffic, and support CRM and clienteling goals, as well as coordinating boutique-focused activations that attract the right audiences.

Requirements

Candidates should have prior experience in marketing, PR, and communications within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle environments. A solid US media and social network is essential, along with excellent interpersonal abilities and strong stakeholder management. The role also requires persuasive communication and storytelling skills, a strategic approach, and the ability to execute plans effectively and with high standards.

This position is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area and is a full-time onsite role.
