Role overview
An established professional services organisation with a well-regarded reputation is expanding its reach through focused marketing and business development initiatives. This temporary position sits within the marketing and business development function and reports directly to the Head of Marketing and Business Development. It will suit someone who can start right away and is looking to develop their career in a corporate or legal setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support the preparation and submission of legal directory entries, including related documentation.
- Help organise events by managing logistics, producing materials and coordinating activities on the day.
- Keep client records, contact databases and internal systems accurate and up to date.
- Assist with newsletters, social media posts and internal communications content.
- Arrange meetings, manage diaries and book rooms as needed.
- Conduct research and compile reports, including competitor analysis.
Requirements
- You must be available to begin immediately.
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills are essential.
- Clear written and spoken communication is required.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive working style are important.
