About the role

Modalways is looking for a highly organized Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations and related administrative work. The position is centered on helping the team prepare materials, keep projects moving, and maintain accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the creation and formatting of marketing assets, presentations, and internal updates.
  • Keep marketing files, records, and other documentation well organized and easy to access.
  • Help coordinate marketing initiatives and provide administrative support to team members.
  • Track campaign activity and maintain records of project status and progress.
  • Make sure marketing materials stay aligned with company branding standards.
  • Handle general administrative tasks for the marketing team whenever required.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required; an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field is considered an advantage.
  • Strong ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
  • Clear written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
