The company operates in more than 224 countries, has offices in 110 countries and regions, and works with major global partners.
Role Overview
This position supports the planning and delivery of market initiatives across the Middle East. The coordinator will help keep distributor operations running smoothly, assist with sales and marketing execution, and support cross-functional collaboration across regional and headquarters teams.
Key Duties
- Assist in managing the distributor network, including VIPs, agents, and partners, by helping with onboarding, arranging training, monitoring performance, and ensuring local direct-selling compliance.
- Contribute to market expansion efforts by supporting sales, distributor engagement, and customer retention activities throughout Middle Eastern markets.
- Partner with the marketing team to help execute localized promotions, campaigns, loyalty schemes, and incentive programs.
- Help organize sales meetings, training workshops, roadshows, and other regional events.
- Work with supply chain and operations teams to support product availability and efficient order processing.
- Collect and summarize market support metrics such as distributor participation, event attendance, and incentive outcomes.
- Serve as a coordination link between regional stakeholders, headquarters, and internal functions including marketing, logistics, legal, and finance.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational assistance for regional projects assigned by management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a similar discipline, along with 2–4 years of experience in sales support, operations coordination, distributor support, or a related field. Background in direct selling or MLM is preferred. A working knowledge of distributor structures and the Middle East market is important, as is prior exposure to event coordination, training support, or sales support work. The role also calls for strong planning and coordination abilities, plus fluency in both Arabic and English to communicate effectively with distributors and partners across the region.
Benefits
- Chance to contribute to the growth of a distinctive S2B2C model in Europe and the Middle East.
- Opportunities for professional growth inside a global organization.
- A collaborative workplace with a multicultural team environment.
- Access to team activities, company events, and a supportive culture.
