Role Overview
This position is for a Marine Crewing Planner based in Singapore, joining the global onshore crewing function. The role is central to the day-to-day coordination of crew across a fleet of high-capacity seismic vessels, ensuring the right maritime and seismic personnel are in place to keep offshore operations running smoothly.
You will work across operations, fleet management, technical teams, and logistics to manage crew assignments, keep schedules under control, and serve as an important contact point for offshore staff. The job requires balancing operational needs, compliance obligations, and shifting schedules in a demanding global setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimise offshore crewing activities for seismic vessels.
- Make sure vessels are staffed with suitably qualified maritime and seismic personnel at all times.
- Track crew schedules and adjust plans in response to operational changes.
- Work closely with operations, fleet managers, technical teams, and logistics to align staffing needs.
- Act as a main point of contact for offshore crew members.
- Balance business priorities with compliance and scheduling requirements.
