Job description

About the Role

This position sits within PwC’s Oracle Services Practice in the Advisory line of service. The role is focused on helping organizations adopt enterprise technology to meet digital transformation goals and unlock business value. The team supports clients across finance operations, human capital management, supply chain management, reporting and analytics, and governance, risk and compliance through Oracle solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute as a technical developer on Oracle ERP, Fusion SaaS, and PaaS implementation projects.
  • Bring hands-on experience from at least two complete Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation engagements.
  • Work with Oracle database structures related to ERP and Oracle Cloud/Fusion environments.
  • Create and support BI Publisher reports, FBDI/OTBI outputs, and Oracle Integration Cloud integrations.
  • Apply strong technical knowledge of Oracle Database SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Partner with functional consultants so that technical solutions align with business needs.
  • Design and run test plans to verify the quality of delivered solutions.
  • Offer technical guidance and mentor junior team members.
  • Participate across the SDLC, including requirements collection, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Stay current with newer Oracle tools and practices, and recommend suitable technology improvements to clients.
  • Help shape project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and internal team members to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience delivering Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS projects in a technical role.
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion database design and structure.
  • Practical experience with BI Publisher, FBDI, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Strong command of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support enterprise applications.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
  • Capability to contribute to testing, delivery planning, and implementation execution.
  • B.Tech or MBA qualification.
