Role overview

As the Manager, Field Sales for Ghana, you will help drive market expansion by serving as a major link between Herbalife and its Members across the country. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Country Sales, this position is focused on strengthening relationships, understanding everyday business activity, and turning performance data into practical actions that support lasting sales and recruitment growth.

The role blends direct field engagement, business review, and relationship management, with a mix of in-person and online interaction with Members and leaders. You will also contribute to events, promotions, and training efforts that help improve market performance and Member outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out regular field visits, both onsite and virtually, to collect market insights, provide feedback, and share updates with the Senior Manager, Country Sales.
  • Keep regular contact with Members to discuss business direction, sales and recruitment performance, training requirements, and the best use of available tools and communication channels.
  • Develop a strong understanding of distributor behavior and create relationships that support open and honest communication.
  • Review sales and direct-selling data to spot strong and weak areas and help the market adopt business models that are repeatable and sustainable.
  • Lead individual and group discussions that support Member growth, generate ideas for local initiatives, and keep activities aligned with leadership goals.
  • Use Member performance information to support promotional planning and broader market initiatives.
  • Stay closely informed about Members’ day-to-day operations, challenges, and working methods.
  • Assist with administrative work tied to events, promotions, and special projects when required.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, field operations, direct selling, or business development, preferably in a fast-moving environment built on relationships.
  • Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and convert them into actionable business recommendations.
  • Clear communication and strong presentation skills, including confidence in facilitating group sessions and one-on-one coaching.
  • Proven ability to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders and maintain regular communication across different regions.
  • Solid organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities while supporting event-related administrative tasks.
  • A proactive attitude, resilience, and flexibility to respond to changing business needs.
  • Readiness to travel often within Ghana and at times to other markets.
