About the Role
An opening is available for a Manager - Client Development to join Jumeirah. This position focuses on strengthening guest loyalty, improving repeat visitation, and supporting the performance of the signature restaurant portfolio through personalised engagement and close collaboration with restaurant and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a committed guest community across signature restaurants by building strong relationships that encourage repeat visits and sustained engagement.
- Deliver personalised dining experiences by understanding guest preferences and turning them into memorable moments that improve satisfaction and spending.
- Spot and connect with valuable guests and priority audience segments to create a steady stream of repeat business across different restaurant concepts.
- Work in close coordination with Restaurant Managers and in-venue teams so guests are acknowledged, made to feel welcome, and consistently receive tailored service.
- Help execute guest engagement initiatives and activations that deepen relationships, raise visit frequency, and enrich the dining experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Social teams to ensure engagement activity is aligned, effective, and contributes to stronger demand and restaurant results.
Candidate Profile
- 6 to 8 years of experience in guest relations, client development, or hospitality, preferably in luxury hotels, restaurants, or premium lifestyle settings.
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term guest relationships that lead to loyalty and repeat visits.
- Hands-on exposure to guest engagement activities that improve experience, increase frequency, and add commercial value.
- Strong awareness of guest behaviour in restaurant or hospitality environments, with a sharp focus on detail and service standards.
- Commercially minded and guest-oriented, with the ability to link relationship building and engagement efforts to covers, spend, and overall restaurant performance.
