Role overview

Bridge Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Goa to keep community spaces, homes, and building systems operating reliably. This role is suited to someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, varied daily work, and delivering a comfortable, well-maintained environment for residents.

Key duties

  • Respond to maintenance requests promptly and handle routine fixes across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting work.
  • Service, repair, and replace HVAC systems to help maintain comfortable living conditions throughout the year.
  • Carry out repairs on showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and exterior building surfaces.
  • Plan and complete preventive maintenance tasks to reduce future breakdowns.
  • Support basic pool upkeep to keep shared pools clean and safe.
  • Assist in coordinating external contractors and checking the quality of vendor work.
  • Help maintain curb appeal through light landscaping, trash removal, and sidewalk cleaning.
  • Prepare vacant homes for move-in by finishing required repairs and upkeep.
  • Escalate safety concerns right away and follow all required safety practices and regulations.
  • Step in on additional maintenance projects as assigned.

What you should bring

  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry repairs.
  • Experience with HVAC maintenance and related equipment.
  • Professional communication skills for working with residents, coworkers, contractors, and management.
  • Dependability and flexibility to handle emergencies and work evenings or weekends when needed.
  • Physical capability to climb up to 40 feet, lift heavy objects, distinguish colors, and hear safety alarms.
  • A team-oriented approach and a positive attitude in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

The position requires a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with 2 years of experience in facility maintenance. Candidates should also be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

  • Tuition reimbursement of up to $5,000 per year for pre-approved expenses, subject to approved documentation. Repayment conditions may apply if employment ends before 24 months.
