The Opportunity
DBCT is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join the Asset Management Planning team. The role is central to protecting the safety and integrity of the terminal while supporting the organisation’s medium-term maintenance strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute forward-looking maintenance plans, with a focus on major mechanical and electrical work packages, to support the five-year planning cycle.
- Coordinate information and inputs required for five-year planning and budget estimates.
- Work closely with infrastructure and maintenance teams to produce safe, high-standard plans that align with the site’s mid-term objectives.
- Support planning and operational performance over the 18-month to 3-year horizon.
Your contribution will help improve efficiency and reinforce a safe, dependable working environment.
About You

What You’ll Bring
- Proven background in maintenance planning and work package preparation.
- Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Well-developed relationship-building and communication abilities.
- A genuine commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and practical outcomes.
- Experience working in heavy industry, resources, or continuous processing settings.
- Trade qualifications such as boilermaker, electrician or fitter are strongly preferred.
