McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance team member for its Zephyrhills, FL location. This full-time, on-site position is designed for someone who values a flexible schedule and wants to be part of a workplace where contribution is recognized. The role supports the day-to-day smooth running of the restaurant by helping keep facilities, stock, and safety standards in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and employees. You will also support stock replenishment, perform routine checks on equipment and building systems, and help ensure food safety and storage practices meet high standards.
