Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role for a luxury hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. The position focuses on running everyday hotel operations, protecting the guest experience at a high standard, managing budgets, and supporting both the financial and operational performance of the property.
Key Responsibilities
The General Manager will oversee the hotel’s day-to-day functioning, coordinate across departments, and work closely with the food and beverage team to keep service and operations aligned. The role also includes maintaining relationships with local artists and community partners so the property continues to reflect its unique brand identity.
Qualifications
Candidates should bring strong capability in general and business management, along with a track record of leading customer service efforts and delivering memorable guest experiences. Experience handling budgets and financial oversight is important, as is familiarity with food and beverage operations, including outlet management. The role calls for excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, plus the ability to guide and inspire teams made up of diverse people. Prior experience in luxury hospitality is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred.
