Role overview
Salix Homes is seeking a dependable Cleaning Services Operative to support residents in low-rise homes and sheltered schemes. The role focuses on keeping shared internal areas clean and well maintained, with a strong emphasis on service quality and attention to detail.
This is a Monday-to-Friday position, working 8:30am to 4:30pm. A full UK driving licence is essential for the role.
Key duties
- Carry out daily cleaning across multiple sheltered schemes.
- Clean several low-rise blocks on a weekly basis.
- Complete routine tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, wiping sills, cleaning windows, handrails, dusting, and tidying bin rooms.
- Use a mobile app to log daily work activity and record health and safety checks.
