Role overview
For the Frankfurt office, the company is hiring a Logistics Service Coordinator for Airfreight Export. The position focuses on managing export shipments, customer communication, customs coordination, and ensuring operational accuracy and timely execution.
Key duties
- Handle air cargo exports in a legally compliant manner.
- Process customs formalities through Atlas and AES.
- Provide close customer support and coordinate regularly with overseas offices and agents.
- Prepare quotations and issue invoices.
- Track work processes, review outcomes, and look for efficiency improvements.
- Log and resolve complaints.
- Ensure deadlines are met consistently.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings several years of airfreight experience, a commercial background, and strong operational skills in export shipment handling. The role also requires confidence with standard office software and the ability to adapt to changing procedures.
