The Logistics & Operations team plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of the TUM Business Game Heilbronn. This position involves organizing the event schedule, managing materials, securing room and catering arrangements, and overseeing technical needs. Collaboration across various teams is key to managing on-site activities and providing a flawless experience for participants.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the event timeline.
Coordinate logistics including materials, venues, catering, and technical setups.
Work in close partnership with all departments to manage live event operations.
Ensure smooth functioning during the event for all participants.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in logistics or event coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
