  • Create sales orders, delivery notes, and customer invoices in SAP using approved sales requests.
  • Process GRPO entries in SAP once stock receipt has been confirmed.

Master data management

  • Keep SKU master data up to date, including item codes, barcodes, HS codes, carton details, packaging specifications, and product attributes.
  • Support barcode creation, updates, and product data maintenance.
  • Maintain correct product codes, descriptions, and related system records.
  • Ensure HS code accuracy and proper product classification for import and export processes.

Reporting and documentation

  • Produce reports on stock movement, inventory variance, and operational performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for inventory adjustments, returns, and reconciliations.
  • Assist management with analysis and operational reporting to support decision-making.

  • Look for opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
  • Support the adoption of supply chain and warehouse best practices.
  • Take part in system improvements and process optimization efforts.
