Job description
Role Overview
As a Lobby Attendant, you will help create a welcoming and polished guest experience by keeping shared hotel spaces clean, orderly, and inviting. This role is centered on supporting hospitality standards in public areas while contributing to a positive atmosphere for guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of public areas, including guest and team member restrooms, corridors, staircases, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
- Carry out routine cleaning work such as dusting and polishing furnishings, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning windows, shampooing carpets, and removing waste.
- Provide friendly guest service by greeting visitors, answering questions, and responding quickly to service needs.
- Help the housekeeping team with guest room cleaning and other assigned service requests when required.
- Complete periodic deep-cleaning assignments, including mattress turning, furniture relocation, and floor waxing.
