MYOP is looking for a Line Producer to run the production workflow for its social-first content. The role is responsible for making sure every shoot is planned, scheduled, budgeted, and completed on time and within budget each month. This is a practical, high-responsibility position for someone who works well in a fast-paced, lean setup and is comfortable handling spreadsheets, vendors, and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
Take charge of the complete monthly production plan, starting from the initial brief and continuing through final delivery.
- Build, maintain, and monitor the monthly shoot calendar.
- Track the production budget of ₹3 lakh per month and ensure every expense is recorded.
- Arrange shoot schedules, call sheets, and all related logistics such as crew, talent, equipment, and locations.
- Identify, source, and coordinate freelancers including DPs, editors, makeup artists, and stylists.
- Negotiate rates for vendors, rentals, and venues while keeping costs controlled without reducing quality.
- Handle travel and coordination for shoots outside the city and across India.
- Act as the link between the creative/brand team and the production crew so ideas can be executed realistically.
- Oversee the post-production handoff by briefing editors, monitoring timelines, and confirming the required output formats such as Reels, Shorts, and statics.
- Resolve day-of issues quickly, including cancellations, no-shows, and equipment problems.
- Keep shoot logs, monthly expense reports, and vendor records updated.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will already understand how social media or digital content shoots work and will be able to manage production with speed and precision.
- Prior experience producing social media or digital content.
- Ability to work with budgets under ₹5 lakh and make them go further.
- A ready network of freelance crew members and vendors for short-notice hiring.
- Experience coordinating shoots in multiple cities and handling the associated logistics.
- Confidence to make practical calls, including when something is not feasible, and suggest a workable alternative.
- Comfort working without heavy team support in a lean environment.
- A proactive, calm, and accountable approach to production issues.
