Role Overview
We are looking for a Life Coach / Personal Development Coach / Mentor to work with individuals through guided coaching conversations, goal planning, mindset building, and practical personal growth strategies.

Coaching, Mentoring, and Personal Growth
- Lead individual and group coaching discussions with clients.
- Assist clients in clarifying personal, professional, and lifestyle objectives.
- Help create practical action plans for development.
- Offer structured support around habits, mindset, and productivity.
- Review client progress and refine coaching plans when needed.
- Use coaching models to encourage behavioral change and long-term growth.
- Help clients work through limiting beliefs and personal barriers.
- Support the development of confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.
- Assist with career changes, leadership growth, and life planning.
- Promote accountability and steady progress tracking.
Program Delivery and Facilitation
- Run workshops, seminars, and personal development sessions.

- Help shape coaching curricula and supporting materials.
Client Relationship Management

Content, Community, and Collaboration

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Human Development, Communication, or a similar field is preferred.
- 1 to 8 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, counseling, training, HR development, teaching, or related work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening skills.
- Capability to inspire, motivate, and guide people effectively.
- Working knowledge of coaching methods and personal development frameworks.
- Background in facilitation, training, or mentoring is an added advantage.
- Coaching certification such as ICF or an equivalent credential is beneficial but not required.
- Strong ethical judgment and awareness of confidentiality responsibilities.
