About the Role
Killashee Hotel is looking for a part-time Leisure Centre Receptionist to join its hospitality team in Naas, County Kildare. The role is focused on creating a welcoming first point of contact for leisure centre users while supporting smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to a high standard of guest service.

Key Requirements
- You must be available to work any day from Monday through Sunday.
- A driven, upbeat attitude is essential.
- Good communication, leadership, organisation, and time management abilities are important.
- Previous front desk or reception experience is an advantage.
Main Duties
- Welcome visitors to the leisure centre, check them in, and complete registration tasks.
- Answer telephone calls, manage filing, use the PA system, sell accessories, and enter information into computer systems.
- Respond to routine queries about the hotel and nearby local services.
- Follow cash-handling procedures carefully and ensure any charges are correctly applied to guest accounts.
- Work in line with all club operating standards and procedures.
- Maintain a consistently clean and tidy work area.
- Build strong product and facilities knowledge so you can confidently explain services, opening times, and amenities, and give tours to prospective members.
