- Assist with the handling and quality review of Privacy Impact Assessments and Records of Processing Activities.
- Coordinate the documentation and follow-up of personal data incidents and breaches, while supporting regional oversight work.
- Work with business stakeholders and Privacy Champions to provide practical guidance on privacy principles and escalate higher-risk or complex matters to the Regional DPO.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks in regional privacy projects and contribute to governance decisions, cross-functional risk management, and regulatory monitoring.
Responsible AI governance responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating responsible AI governance work, including administrative support for AI compliance and governance activities.
- Support AI-related training and awareness programmes, including attendance tracking and internal communications.
- Organise and maintain AI governance documents, training resources, and internal guidance materials.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to help implement AI governance and awareness initiatives across the organisation.
Corporate secretarial responsibilities
- Support the regional corporate secretary in managing corporate secretarial matters across the region and helping legal entities remain aligned with governance requirements and directives.
- Help build and maintain systems and processes used to monitor corporate secretarial activities.
- Coordinate with AZAP control functions during the review of corporate secretarial documents from local operating entities.
- Work with Group Legal on corporate secretarial and governance-related tasks.
- Assist the Governance Caretaker of Allianz Asia Pacific by organising meetings and preparing minutes.
What you bring
The ideal candidate is early in their career, interested in legal and privacy work, and comfortable handling several matters at once. You should be able to work on your own as well as with different teams, and communicate clearly in English and a second Asian language, preferably Mandarin.
