Role overview
This position focuses on shaping and running learning initiatives within the RE Academy and improving the digital learning experience over time. You will create tailored learning paths, track course participation and progress, and translate role-based capability needs into personalized development journeys.
The job also includes identifying skills gaps, defining suitable development actions, building and facilitating information sessions, and supporting onboarding as well as training programs for real estate topics and digital and AI-based tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage the RE Academy and continuously enhance the learning platform.
- Create individual learning paths and monitor course completion and learner progress.
- Assess role and competency requirements and convert them into personalized learning journeys.
- Conduct gap analyses, identify skill shortages, and design appropriate development measures.
- Design and moderate information sessions online and in person, including agendas, materials, and follow-up content.
- Develop onboarding programs and coordinate real estate trainings as well as programs on digital and AI-powered tools.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant professional experience in Learning & Development or people development.
- Working knowledge of digital learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong project management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to turn complex topics into clear, practical training formats.
- Fluent German and English skills, along with a strong interest in new technologies.
