Role Overview
This position calls for an exceptionally organised Executive Assistant to support the Leadership Team and act as a steady, well-coordinated presence in the day-to-day working lives of senior leaders. You will work closely with the Senior EA and the wider admin function to keep diaries, meetings, events, and travel plans running smoothly.
The role is based in London and requires four days per week in the office.
What You’ll Do
- Manage overlapping calendars for several senior leaders and keep competing priorities aligned.
- Arrange a wide variety of meetings, including client sessions, strategic working groups, and off-site days.
- Plan and coordinate leadership offsites and high-level partner meetings, including venue selection, catering, materials, and final logistics.
- Organise detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including visa arrangements where needed.
- Prepare and submit expenses accurately and within required timelines.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Serve as a reliable administrative partner in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

- Previous experience supporting multiple senior executives in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting, with the ability to anticipate needs proactively.
- Strong organisational ability and the confidence to balance several schedules and workstreams at once.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a calm and flexible approach to changing priorities.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal stakeholders and external contacts.
- A proven track record of handling confidential information responsibly, including leadership, people, and strategic matters.
- Comfort using Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Outlook.
