  • End-of-service gratuity provided in accordance with KSA Labour Law.
  • Paid examination leave, subject to company approval for enrollment in an educational institution or continuation of studies. Leave is available for the days of the actual examination for an unrepeated year, and the request must be submitted at least 15 days before the exam.
  • One professional membership, registration, subscription, certification, or license per year, provided it is relevant to the current role or part of a development plan, with reimbursement handled through the expenses system and supported by evidence.
  • Inspire Awards programme that recognises colleagues who demonstrate innovation, commitment, and strong contribution to Wood’s goals.
  • Long Service Award at 5-year service milestones to acknowledge loyalty and dedication.
  • Career Development Champions support structured growth through goal setting, planning tools, feedback, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning.
