Overview

BCCL Worldwide Inc., part of the Times of India North America Group, is seeking a seasoned marketing and communications leader for its Mercurius Media Capital team in the United States. The role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, investor communications, client leadership, and media strategy, with a focus on positioning media-for-equity as a scalable financial model in the U.S. market.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of the organization’s outside-facing story for investors, clients, media partners, and the wider market.
  • Create polished communication assets such as investor briefings, announcements, thought-leadership content, and narratives that explain the ecosystem.
  • Partner closely with Investor Relations to strengthen LP communication, reporting, and strategic messaging.
  • Help define how MMC presents media-for-equity as a scalable financial approach in the U.S.
  • Act as a senior contact for portfolio companies and align with them on growth priorities and campaign direction.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with media partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Present strategy and performance findings in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner.
  • Review campaign results using measurement tools such as Nielsen, ComScore, and MRI-Simmons.
  • Turn performance data into practical insights that improve media investment and campaign outcomes.
  • Stay informed on shifts in broadcast, CTV, digital, and emerging distribution channels.

What We’re Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media planning, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in media strategy, brand marketing, or communications, with substantial exposure to U.S. broadcast and cross-platform advertising.
  • Background in a media agency, media company, or high-growth brand, with a strong understanding of how media activity influences business performance.
  • Solid knowledge of audience measurement, media planning methods, and campaign optimization.
  • Comfort operating in both brand strategy and fund-level communications environments.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into sharp, compelling narratives.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle several high-priority workstreams at once.
  • Genuine curiosity about the changing media landscape and how audience attention drives growth.
