Role summary

This remote, full-time position is for a Lead Generation Specialist responsible for finding and qualifying prospective customers to support business expansion. The role involves researching target accounts, reaching out through different channels, developing ongoing relationships, and working closely with the sales team to turn prospects into paying clients. Success in this role depends on initiative, structured thinking, and strong communication.

Key qualifications

  • Hands-on experience generating leads and identifying new prospects.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with potential clients.
  • Prior exposure to sales, with the ability to assist in moving leads through the conversion process.
  • Strong research capability to locate and assess viable business opportunities.
  • Well-developed organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and lead management tools is an advantage.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
