In India, the organization is based in New Delhi, with additional offices in Bangalore, Kolkata, and Mumbai. The firm supports clients in India and abroad by hiring CXO-level and board-level leadership talent.
Role overview
The selected intern will support knowledge management, market intelligence, and research activities for executive search assignments. The role focuses on identifying senior talent, building research-backed insights, maintaining internal data, and producing client-ready summaries on businesses, competitors, and organizational structures.
Key responsibilities
The intern will contribute to research and knowledge-building work across multiple industries, using both online and offline sources. This includes market mapping, talent identification, data validation, and preparation of analytical material for client and internal use.
- Carry out detailed market intelligence, industry analysis, and talent mapping for executive search mandates across different sectors.
- Use primary and secondary research methods, including public information, approved databases, cold outreach, and identification techniques, to locate senior and leadership candidates.
- Build recruitment approaches by shortlisting target organizations, industries, and sectors for sourcing.
- Collect, compare, and verify market intelligence from digital media, print sources, online resources, seminars, conferences, and similar channels.
- Record, analyze, refresh, and manage research information in the organization’s data systems.
- Maintain strong data quality through repeated checks, validation, and timely database updates.
- Draft executive briefs for current and potential clients covering company profiles, key insights, competitor analysis, organizational charts, and reference assignments.
- Work with teams across functions to identify, capture, and document important organizational knowledge and information assets.
- Track market movements, competitor actions, and sector trends, including market mapping and sector analysis.
- Provide precise, dependable research outputs with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and detail.

Additional requirements
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline and ideally have 0–2 years of experience.

Compensation and benefits
The internship offers a stipend of INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate and a 5-day work week.
