Role overview
A commercial maintenance company based in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned technician to support cafés, restaurants, and other food service clients across the Central Region. The role focuses on repairing, servicing, and maintaining coffee machines, kitchen appliances, and refrigeration systems as part of scheduled contracts and urgent service visits.
Key responsibilities
- Identify faults and carry out repairs on commercial kitchen and refrigeration units, including coolers, freezers, ice machines, walk-in units, and similar equipment.
- Provide maintenance and repair support for coffee machines and related café or kitchen appliances under AMC agreements and on-call service requests.
- Carry out preventive maintenance visits according to annual maintenance contract schedules.
- Visit customer locations across Riyadh, with occasional assignments in other Central Region cities, for installation, repair, and inspection work.
- Pinpoint spare parts requirements accurately and pass them on for procurement follow-up.
- Maintain daily check-in/check-out records and complete task paperwork in line with company procedures.
- Keep the coordinator informed about job progress, delays, and any parts or support needed.
Requirements
- Current residence in Riyadh is mandatory.
- A valid Saudi driving license is required.
- At least 5 years of practical experience repairing commercial kitchen equipment and/or refrigeration systems.
- Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related systems.
- Capable of working on your own and handling several service calls in a single day.
- Arabic communication skills are important; English ability will be considered an advantage.
Additional information
This is an on-site, full-time field role focused on maintenance work for commercial food-service equipment. The position involves regular travel within Riyadh and occasional travel to nearby Central Region locations.
