Primary Duties

• Assist with simple food preparation such as chopping vegetables, prepping ingredients, and assembling basic dishes under chef supervision.
• Support stock management by organizing ingredients, unpacking deliveries, and correctly storing supplies.

Candidate Requirements

• No previous kitchen experience necessary, although prior work in kitchen roles or catering environments is advantageous.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and capability to handle physical demands including lifting, carrying, and extended periods of standing.
• Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Be adaptable to varied shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
