In this role, you will help keep the kitchen operating smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and readiness across all back-of-house areas. Your work will directly support service quality, pace, and consistency during busy shifts.

Key duties

• Keep kitchen and pot wash areas clean to a very high standard.
• Wash, sort, and organise equipment, crockery, and utensils so they are ready for service.
• Maintain safe, neat, and orderly back-of-house spaces at all times.
• Assist the wider kitchen team wherever needed to help service run without disruption.
