Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Chennai for Kitchen Helpers, Team Members, and Shift Leads. The position involves supporting day-to-day store and kitchen work, maintaining service quality, and helping the outlet run smoothly.

Key Duties

Kitchen Helpers and Team Members will assist with preparing ingredients, carrying out basic cooking tasks, cleaning work areas, and keeping hygiene and safety practices in place. They will also help make bubble tea drinks as per recipes, maintain consistency in product quality, and support customer service during busy periods.

Shift Leads will take charge of daily shift coordination, guide team members, monitor inventory, and contribute to smooth outlet operations while ensuring guests have a positive experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered pay is approximately ₹17,000 to ₹23,000 per month. Duty meals and accommodation will be provided free of cost.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen support, along with the ability to follow recipes and standard procedures.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in a busy kitchen or café setting.
• Clear communication and a courteous, service-oriented approach with both customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work well in a team, stay dependable, manage time effectively, and handle peak-hour pressure.
• For Shift Lead responsibilities, basic team supervision, shift coordination, and stock handling skills are useful.
• Experience in food and beverage, café, or quick-service restaurant environments is helpful but not required.
• Readiness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and to learn bubble tea preparation and brand processes.

Additional Information

Accommodation and duty meals are included at no extra charge. The role is based in Chennai and requires working from the outlet in person.
