Role overview
This opportunity is for a commercially driven hunter who can win new enterprise logos across India. Although the designation is Key Account Manager, the core of the role is net-new enterprise sales for IT/OT infrastructure and managed services. The focus will be on securing large accounts in industrial, manufacturing, and corporate groups.
What you will do
- Identify, pursue, and convert new enterprise customers across the Indian market.
- Represent the complete portfolio of IT/OT infrastructure and managed services offerings.
- Manage the full enterprise sales process, starting from lead generation through final closure.
- Present complex managed services propositions to senior decision-makers and executives.
- Create and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach and professional networks.
- Handle commercial discussions and negotiate multi-year managed services agreements.
- Work closely with technical specialists to design tailored infrastructure solutions.
Experience and domain background
- 4 to 12 years of experience in enterprise sales for IT/OT infrastructure.
- Strong familiarity with managed services, cloud, or industrial IT environments.
- Demonstrated success in closing large-value new business opportunities.
- Established relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership in India.
- Hands-on exposure to the Indian corporate buying cycle and enterprise procurement process.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong capability in selling SLA-based managed services and infrastructure solutions.
- Highly proactive hunter profile with solid prospecting and closing ability.
- Confident communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration is preferred.
Compensation
The package includes a fixed CTC component along with incentives.
