Role overview
amberra develops new customer relationships and creates solutions that support people across life situations. In this role, you help identify promising business models in the market and bring them into the cooperative financial group. Your work contributes to building an ecosystem that creates value for customers, members, and banks.
What you will do
- Track the market for promising business models and evaluate them together with the team.
- Lead the setup of new partnerships, from the first discussion through contract drafting and on to validation within the cooperative financial group.
- Run pilots for near-banking and beyond-banking models from amberra portfolio companies in regional banks on site.
- Coordinate with these banks and their partners to create strong links between traditional banking and new digital business models.
- Act as the main contact person for banks on everything related to pilot implementation.
- Collect feedback from the market and support portfolio companies in continuously improving their offers.
- Work in both startup environments and classic banking settings, and enjoy operating in that dynamic tension.
