Junior Tech Recruiter - Sports Teams & Sports Technology

Role overview

This is an in-office recruiting role based in Austin, Texas, focused on talent search for professional sports organizations and the technology businesses that support them. What you will do

• Lead the initial stages of searches and gradually expand into managing end-to-end recruiting assignments.
• Identify and source candidates for engineering, product, data, and commercial positions within the sports sector.
• Conduct first-round screening conversations with applicants.
• Maintain and organize candidate pipelines throughout the hiring process.
• Draft outreach messages that encourage responses and engagement.
• Join client discussions to understand how searches are defined, presented, and finalized.
