Role overview

This position is for a Junior Supply Chain Associate within the Physical Flows function of the Consumer Products Division, based in Walton, Kentucky. The role reports to the Manager of Physical Flows.

Program purpose

The U.S. co-op program is designed to give practical, real-world exposure while also helping evaluate future career potential. Participants are placed in a site-based role with defined projects to complete during the assignment, gaining hands-on experience with current tools and technologies. The program is intended to build both technical and managerial understanding of distribution center operations.

What you will do

You will support supply chain and distribution center activities through assigned projects and hands-on learning. The role is structured to help you apply ideas in practice, work with modern technology, and strengthen your operational and analytical capabilities.

Required qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or a business-related discipline.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Evidence of leadership through academic, extracurricular, or similar activities.
  • The ability to perform well independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior internship or co-op experience, ideally in a supply chain setting.
  • Capability to juggle several projects at different phases with varying needs.
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools, programming, Excel macros, and VBA.
  • Working knowledge of 5S and Lean methods.

Employment terms

This role is non-exempt under FLSA. Straight-time pay applies up to 40 hours per week, and overtime is paid in line with FLSA rules for hours worked beyond 40 in a weekly period.
