About the Role
zHealth is a cloud-based software business focused on wellness practice management. Its platform helps healthcare and wellness providers such as chiropractors, physical therapists, and massage therapists modernize how they run their practices. The company is now hiring Account Executives to help expand its impact and grow the business further.
This position is fully in-office and based in San Francisco.
What You’ll Do
- Hit quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
- Continuously identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand customer challenges, priorities, and business goals so the offering can be positioned effectively.
- Deliver product presentations based on insights gathered during discovery conversations.
- Work closely with decision-makers to communicate the company’s value and move deals toward close.
- Apply a values-driven sales approach across multiple stakeholders to win new business.
- Use a sales qualification framework to support forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Develop relationships with partners and alliance contacts to generate more pipeline and help close new deals.
What We’re Looking For
- One to two years of SaaS sales experience selling B2B or small-business solutions, along with a consistent history of exceeding targets.
- A coachable mindset and the discipline to follow through in a collaborative sales setup.
- Strong relationship-building ability and comfort working in a team-selling environment.
- Proven success in competitive selling situations.
