Role Overview

The organization is hiring a motivated Junior Recruiter who can take initiative and support hiring activities across the recruitment cycle. This opportunity is well-suited to fresh graduates or professionals at the beginning of their careers who want to grow in talent acquisition and HR.

What You Will Do

  • Find candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking efforts.
  • Review resumes and create a shortlist based on role-specific criteria.
  • Carry out first-round HR screening conversations and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams during each stage of recruitment.
  • Update and maintain candidate records and hiring trackers.
  • Keep communication prompt and consistent with applicants.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks from sourcing candidates through onboarding support.
  • Develop and nurture a talent pool for upcoming hiring requirements.
  • Keep track of current hiring practices and recruitment trends.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline.
  • Open to freshers, as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Good people skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Well-developed organization and time management capabilities.
  • Fundamental understanding of recruitment workflows and hiring methods.
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Preferred Exposure

  • Experience or familiarity with sourcing tools and job platforms.
  • Basic working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Internship or project exposure in HR or recruitment.
  • Awareness of hiring processes for both IT and non-IT roles.
