Role overview

Kaizen Global Technologies is looking for an IT Recruiter to help source and support hiring for Australian clients. The company focuses on recruitment for IT and cybersecurity roles, connecting skilled technology professionals with global businesses.

Work location and schedule

This position is fully remote. Working hours are 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST, Monday through Friday.

What the role involves

  • Find and approach potential candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Handle first-round screening to check whether candidates fit the role requirements.
  • Set up interviews and keep candidates informed during the hiring process.
  • Update candidate information and maintain recruitment tracking records.
  • Build familiarity with different IT technologies and current market developments.
  • Assist the recruitment team in delivering strong talent for Australian clients.

Eligibility and preferred background

  • Applicants should hold an MBA in HR, BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MCA, BCA, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Freshers are welcome, and candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience may also apply.
