Role Overview

This role is for a Junior Photographer who will support the creation of high-quality furniture and interior imagery for brand and e-commerce use. The position involves hands-on studio work, creative set building, planning shoots, and producing polished visual content that aligns with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help prepare and take down shoot setups, making sure props, backdrops, and equipment are arranged correctly.
  • Keep up with current photography trends and bring new creative ideas to the team.
  • Create and produce distinctive compositions for interior scenes that highlight furniture, its use, visual appeal, and emotional impact.
  • Capture sharp, well-lit images that follow branding requirements and maintain consistency in colour, clarity, and exposure.
  • Adapt product photography for different e-commerce platforms so images support strong presentation and conversion.
  • Plan and run product shoots smoothly, including coordination of timelines, logistics, and resources.
  • Build visually appealing interior sets that work well with the furniture and strengthen the overall visual narrative.
  • Edit and refine images carefully while staying aligned with brand guidelines and visual consistency.
  • Support the scheduling, preparation, and organisation of multiple photoshoots while working closely with other team members.

Candidate Profile

  • Good attention to detail and a strong sense of framing and composition.
  • Comfort working with studio tools such as lights, backdrops, props, and product-manipulation equipment.
  • Ability to adjust creative output to different brand styles and visual guidelines.
  • Capable of managing several tasks at once and meeting deadlines, including urgent shoot requirements.
  • Must be available for a full-time, in-office position and able to join right away.
  • Solid understanding of product photography, lighting, camera settings, composition, and post-production tools such as Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Experience handling different product categories, including varied shapes, sizes, textures, and materials.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce photography standards and how to optimise images for online audiences and platforms.
  • Ability to solve technical issues, adapt to different shooting setups, and tell a visual story through product imagery.
