Role summary
OUTsurance Ireland is looking for a motivated Junior Paid Media (Marketing) Executive to join its expanding team in Dublin. This is an entry-level opportunity suited to graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience. The position includes structured learning and exposure to a broad mix of media and marketing activities, reporting to the Paid Media & Performance Manager.
What you'll do
- Assist with the planning and execution of campaigns across above-the-line and below-the-line media channels.
- Liaise with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders on campaign briefs and related initiatives.
- Track campaign results and build reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Google Analytics, and platform-level data.
- Maintain and update marketing databases.
- Carry out competitor analysis and market research to inform campaign planning.
- Provide daily administrative assistance to the paid media function.
- Stay informed about media trends, supplier developments, and new platform features, then share useful takeaways with the team.
- Take on additional duties as needed to support team and business priorities.
What we’re looking for
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar area is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Up to 1 year of professional experience; internships, university assignments, and part-time roles will also be considered.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is preferred.
- Basic understanding of the Irish media market and digital advertising platforms is helpful but not essential.
- Strong numerical thinking, analytical ability, and an interest in data-led decisions.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Creative approach to solving problems.
- Well organised, self-starting, and quick to pick up new skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively as well as handling tasks independently.
