Role summary

OUTsurance Ireland is looking for a motivated Junior Paid Media (Marketing) Executive to join its expanding team in Dublin. This is an entry-level opportunity suited to graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience. The position includes structured learning and exposure to a broad mix of media and marketing activities, reporting to the Paid Media & Performance Manager.

What you'll do

  • Assist with the planning and execution of campaigns across above-the-line and below-the-line media channels.
  • Liaise with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders on campaign briefs and related initiatives.
  • Track campaign results and build reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Google Analytics, and platform-level data.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases.
  • Carry out competitor analysis and market research to inform campaign planning.
  • Provide daily administrative assistance to the paid media function.
  • Stay informed about media trends, supplier developments, and new platform features, then share useful takeaways with the team.
  • Take on additional duties as needed to support team and business priorities.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar area is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Up to 1 year of professional experience; internships, university assignments, and part-time roles will also be considered.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of the Irish media market and digital advertising platforms is helpful but not essential.
  • Strong numerical thinking, analytical ability, and an interest in data-led decisions.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Creative approach to solving problems.
  • Well organised, self-starting, and quick to pick up new skills.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively as well as handling tasks independently.
