Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and implement marketing strategies and associated initiatives.
• Assist in planning and executing photoshoots, filming, campaigns, trade fairs, and partnerships with influencers and other collaborators.
• Prepare briefs for content creation, external agencies, creatives, and service providers.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of our website.
• Manage our media database and help streamline internal marketing workflows.
• Analyze marketing data, generate reports, and derive actionable optimization recommendations.
• Work from our Hamburg office with flexible options for remote work.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, communications, media or equivalent professional background.
• Ability to think strategically while enjoying operational implementation.
• Experience with website management, content management systems, and search engine optimization.
• Strong interest in furniture, design, and education sectors.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills, dependable, and thrives in team environments.
• Comfortable using modern technologies, especially Microsoft 365, with proficiency in Canva and Adobe software preferred.
