Role overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Junior Marketing Coordinator to support a range of marketing activities in a busy, client-facing setting. This is an entry-level contract opportunity suited to professionals with 1–3 years of experience who want to strengthen their marketing foundation while working across communications, campaign coordination, and stakeholder support.
What you will do
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives across multiple channels on a daily basis.
- Prepare, refine, and check professional communications such as emails, client materials, reports, and presentations.
- Handle communication with high-profile clients in a polished, timely, and accurate manner.
- Help create, organize, and share marketing assets, digital materials, and promotional content.
- Keep well-structured records of campaign activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
- Track marketing tasks, schedules, and deliverables, and contribute to reporting on project progress.
- Work with internal teams to keep messaging, brand standards, and campaign execution aligned.
- Research market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights when needed.
What we are looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related support role.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar subject is preferred.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with a professional style.
- Comfort and confidence when dealing with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients.
- Excellent organization skills and close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exposure to marketing platforms, CRM tools, or marketing automation software is an advantage.
- A collaborative approach, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
Additional information
This role is based onsite in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. It is a contract position. The expected pay rate is $22 per hour. There is one existing vacancy. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
