Role overview

We are looking for a proactive Junior Market Research Analyst who can help drive research efforts and turn data into useful business insights. In this position, you will support the collection, review, and interpretation of market information to uncover trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Collect market information from a variety of relevant sources.
  • Examine market patterns, customer behavior, and competitor movements.
  • Draft reports, slide decks, and concise research summaries.
  • Support the creation of surveys and the gathering of customer feedback.
  • Keep research records, databases, and supporting documents organized and up to date.
  • Work alongside marketing and business teams to assist strategic projects.
  • Track developments in the industry and share practical recommendations.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a closely related area is preferred.
  • Any prior exposure to market research, data analysis, or a similar function will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, Excel, and data analysis software.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively.
  • Capability to juggle several tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Careful attention to detail and solid research skills.
