Job description

About the Company

Warner Music Group is a global music business made up of creators, music fans, technology innovators, entrepreneurs, and imaginative team members. The company aims to turn artistic ambition into success and help audiences become dedicated fans. Its culture is shaped by three core values: curiosity, collaboration, and commitment. Curiosity drives exploration, creativity, and innovation. Collaboration supports strong ideas, shared energy, and global connection across artists, songwriters, partners, and fans. Commitment reflects a focus on excellence, integrity, and delivering on promises.

Warner Music Group says it values a workplace where people from different backgrounds and experiences are respected and welcomed. The company presents itself as a creative global music organisation with the spirit of an independent business.

Team Overview

The Global Brand & Audience team creates and executes artist strategy and planning to support both culture-building and commercial streaming. Within this group, Brand & Audience Services includes Creative Development, Paid Media, Influencer/Creator Marketing, and Direct-to-Fan and Community Engagement. The team works on major artists and their storytelling, including legacy catalogue names such as Led Zeppelin, Madonna, David Bowie, The Smiths, Talking Heads, and Grateful Dead.

Role Summary

As Junior Manager, Creator Strategy & Partnerships, you will help plan and run creator marketing campaigns for global catalogue artists. You will partner closely with campaign leads, agency teams, and colleagues across Brand & Audience Services to move campaigns from brief to delivery.

The position is focused on managing creator activations efficiently and authentically while keeping artist goals in view. You will also help spot creator opportunities, maintain relationships with creators and agencies, track results, and share insights that improve future work. The role sits at the crossroads of music, culture, audience growth, and the creator economy.

Key Duties

  • Assist with planning and delivery of creator marketing initiatives for priority artists and projects.
  • Coordinate creator activations from the initial brief through execution and final reporting.
  • Partner with agencies to manage schedules, outputs, and campaign optimisation.
  • Make sure creator content stays aligned with artist goals and wider campaign priorities.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with creators, creator agencies, and platform partners.
  • Contribute to agency reviews and campaign performance reporting.
  • Use audience, platform, and creator insights to guide recommendations.
  • Support internal learning and knowledge exchange on creator marketing approaches and best practices.
  • Handle briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals throughout the full production process.
  • Manage agency agreements and related deliverables, including commercial terms, creative notes, schedules, and reporting where relevant.
  • Use tools, data, and insights to spot emerging creative trends and cultural topics.
  • Keep up to date with compliance, governance, and innovation in the creator economy.

About You

You should have a strong interest in pop culture, trends, and fan behaviour. The role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, stays curious, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a busy environment.

Experience working with creator agencies, talent managers, or other external partners is important. You should also be well organised, comfortable handling several campaigns at once, and confident using reporting and performance data to shape future recommendations. Experience with creator or influencer marketing, including sourcing creators, briefing them, managing relationships, and tracking results, is also expected.

The role asks for 3+ years of progressive experience in social media management, creator relations, or digital content production, preferably in music or entertainment.
