Job Summary

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Human Resources Assistant to help keep day-to-day HR work running smoothly. This entry-level role is a great fit for someone beginning a career in Human Resources and will involve a mix of administrative support, recruitment coordination, employee data handling, and internal HR communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Support recruitment activities such as publishing job openings, reviewing applications, and arranging interview schedules.
  • Keep employee information and HR systems up to date and accurately maintained.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Draft and prepare HR paperwork, including contracts, letters, and basic reports.
  • Handle questions from employees about HR rules, procedures, and policies.
  • Provide support for payroll coordination and benefits-related administration.
  • Help plan employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Work in line with company policies and relevant labor law requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative work; internship experience is acceptable.
  • Fundamental understanding of HR concepts and day-to-day practices.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • A professional attitude and a strong commitment to confidentiality.

Preferred Strengths

  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Careful attention to detail when managing employee records and data.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and set priorities in a busy environment.

Additional Information

This is a remote role based in the United States. It is an entry-level full-time position.
