Role Overview

The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the Brand team and experienced designers, contributing to a global direct-to-consumer brand. This role offers exposure to static and video digital creative, brand storytelling, campaigns, and performance media. The position promotes a collaborative environment encouraging curiosity, learning, and attention to detail, with mentorship provided by senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the design team by creating digital media assets in both static and video formats.
• Support execution of design briefs for performance media across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Analyze performance insights and apply feedback to enhance creative output.
• Transform user-generated and employee-generated content into engaging paid media advertisements.
• Contribute ideas for visual concepts under senior designers’ guidance.
• Collaborate with the broader creative team, exchanging ideas and receiving mentorship.
• Incorporate AI tools and new design technologies into daily workflow.
• Stay informed about platform updates and design trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Approximately 2 to 3 years of graphic design experience, including internships, freelance projects, coursework, or personal work.
• Strong enthusiasm for design and a willingness to learn about performance marketing principles.
• Interest and curiosity about AI-assisted design tools with readiness to experiment.
• Passion for visual storytelling and creating engaging content.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is advantageous.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to constructive feedback.
• Effective organizational skills to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must be based in Sydney and able to work onsite at the Zetland location at least three days per week.
