Job description
About the role
Canoe is a communications agency operating at the intersection of fashion, outdoor, performance and culture. The team helps ambitious brands earn attention through clear thinking, strong relationships and creative work that feels current and culturally aware.
This opportunity is for a versatile Junior Graphic Designer with a digital-first mindset to support PR, Social, Creative and Experiential teams. The role calls for someone who can work confidently across layout, image-making and social-led content, and who understands how brands need to appear visually across decks, web, campaigns, events and content.
Pitch work is a major part of the job, so deck design is not a side task but a core creative responsibility. You should enjoy turning ideas into polished, persuasive presentations that communicate clearly and commercially for both internal stakeholders and clients.
The team is also looking for someone curious about emerging technology and the ways new tools can improve workflow, production efficiency and the quality of creative output. Alongside execution, the role needs someone who brings energy to brainstorming, helps shape ideas and can present thinking with confidence.
Cultural awareness is essential. The successful candidate should be genuinely interested in the spaces Canoe works in and excited to create work for brands at the leading edge of fashion, outdoor, performance and culture.
This position is best suited to a Junior Designer with at least 1 year of experience in marketing, design or an agency environment.
